Symptom Check is a workplace hygiene diagnostic platform designed to help facilities managers and office administrators identify and address specific cleanliness and compliance issues within their facilities. The Service provides annotated problem-zone analysis, root-cause assessment, and tailored solution recommendations based on information you provide. The Service is informational and advisory in nature and is not a substitute for professional cleaning services, medical advice, or regulatory compliance consultation.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Symptom Check.
6. User-Generated Content
If you submit, upload, or provide any content to the Service—including photographs, facility descriptions, problem reports, or feedback—you grant Symptom Check a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of improving the Service, training diagnostic models, and providing services to you and other users. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all user-generated content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Symptom Check makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The diagnostic recommendations provided by the Service are based on information you supply and are intended as general guidance only. Symptom Check does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the diagnostic output.
Symptom Check does not provide medical, health, or safety advice. If you have concerns about workplace health, safety, or regulatory compliance, you should consult with qualified professionals, including occupational health specialists, environmental consultants, or legal advisors. The Service is not a substitute for professional cleaning services, pest control, HVAC maintenance, or compliance audits conducted by certified third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Symptom Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Symptom Check has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Symptom Check's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Symptom Check in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alexandria, Egypt. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
12. Severability
